I don't usually fill these things out but felt that this experience warranted a feedback for potential other customers. Bill and Jason were both outstanding. They know the products inside and out and their commitment to the customer is unrivaled. We were given great guidance and counsel and then told to leave and research our short list before making a purchasing decision. All the time, Bill and Jason remained in touch and provided great feedback and answers.
