I came into your store a few weeks ago and spoke with Cappy about some of your Kayo youth 4 wheelers. It was absolutely pointless he literally knew nothing about them and as a salesman you should be at minium be able to answer basic questions. After an hour or better of wasted time and no aswers i left impressed by the 4 wheeler but sooo disappointed in the salesman so i decided to go elsewhere. After visiting a 4 other shops i still liked the Kayo better. So i spent some time researching it on the internet and watching youtube videos about Kayo and got most of my questions answered. So i came back this past weekend and spoke with Michael. Seemed like a decent guy and all however i already knew what i wanted so i didnt have to ask any questions. However a friend came with me asking for a similar 4 wheeler and asked if there was a discount to buy more than one... Michael told us he couldnt do that however he could honor the current shipping price and not charge us the frieght of the new ones when they come in. I was like nah wait a minute thats BS. You already have this price listed and your shipping cost for this 4 wheeler had already been figured into this price, how are you gonna act like your saving us money on a 4 wheeler we aint ordering? It was just kinda a slap to the face sales tactic that was very untasteful and i wouldnt recommend doing that kind of BS again it literally almost cost him the sale of two 4 wheelers and a dirtbike. Parker Hammons was awesome, he helped with the sales and did the paper work to get us out the door. Zero issues with Parker and i wished we would have just dealt with him the whole time.
