Very patient, I took a lot of time to decide, did not pressure me, but was helpful... I would like to have seen more give on the price, especially since I paid in full. I would have bought more upgrades if that had happened. When I ask, was told price is pretty firm... I understand that, but my last bike I got a few small free items when I purchased larger items... I would have done the same here, but when I don't get any give, I tend to wait to purchase other items... I would like to thank Scott for his help, and the pleasant attitude of all involved.
